Get In Touch Industries · NDIS & Aged Care
Usually it is not the participant reading your site. It is a daughter, at 11pm, trying to work out who to trust.
Somebody is deciding who comes into their parent’s home. Nothing about that is a normal purchase.
Core supports, capacity building, plan managed, self managed. Families new to the system do not speak this yet, and a site written in it tells them they are in the wrong place.
They are not choosing an organisation, they are choosing the person walking through the door. A site with no faces on it gives them nothing to trust.
Small grey text, low contrast, tiny tap targets. A site for people with disability and older Australians that cannot be read by either is the sharpest own goal in this sector.
Not a mockup and not a template. A live site for a real business in your trade.
The outcome: a site a family member can understand on the first read, at the hour they are actually reading it.
MNC Support Care provides NDIS and aged care support across the Mid North Coast. The old Wix site was slow and hard to read. We rebuilt it with a warm mint-teal and purple identity, put the services in plain language, and structured the homepage as a single clear run so a family member can get the whole picture without hunting through a menu.
Four things that turn "maybe" into a phone call.
Say what the support actually is, then name it in NDIS terms. Both audiences served, neither one alienated.
The coordinator, the support workers, the person who answers the phone. In this sector, faces are not decoration. They are the product.
Proper contrast, generous text sizing, keyboard navigation, screen-reader structure. For a provider this is not a nice-to-have, it is a demonstration that you understand who you serve.
Match your pages to how supports appear in a plan, so a coordinator can see at a glance whether you cover what they need to fund.
Home base is Newcastle and most of the work is Australian, but the build runs on calls and screen shares, so the map has never been the limit. We have shipped sites for a video production company in New Jersey and a retreat operator in the Dominican Republic.
There is no blanket legal requirement for every private provider, but for this sector it is the wrong question. Your audience includes people with vision, motor and cognitive differences. We build to WCAG AA as the baseline because anything less contradicts what you are selling.
Both, and they need different things. Participants want to know what happens and who turns up. Families and coordinators want to know about funding, coverage and compliance. One site, clearly separated paths.
Yes, and it should be its own path. A coordinator sending three participants needs a different form to a family making a first enquiry, and treating them the same slows down your best referral source.
Say it clearly and early. Registration, audits and the checks your staff hold are trust signals, and this is the one industry where leading with compliance detail helps rather than bores.
No. MNC Support Care came off Wix. We rebuild it properly, keep your content, and put redirects in place so nothing you have already earned in search gets lost in the move.
