Who we are

This website is run by NEXTUP Web Design, a sole operator business based in Newcastle, Australia, run by Cameron Jeanes. When we say "we", "us" or "our" on this page, that's who we mean. We work with clients in Australia and worldwide.

We take your privacy seriously and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. If you fill in our enquiry form, that's:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and phone number
• A few details about your business - your industry, what stage you're at, and a rough monthly revenue range

We don't ask for, or want, any sensitive information (like ID numbers or payment card details) through this website.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your information for one reason: to respond to your enquiry and see whether we're a good fit to work together. Because you've reached out and expressed interest, we may contact you by email or phone to follow up.

We won't spam you. We don't add you to any bulk email marketing list or automated phone campaigns off the back of an enquiry, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone. If we ever want to send you ongoing marketing, we'll ask first.

Where your information goes

When you submit the form, your answers are saved to a private Google Sheet that only we can access, and we get a notification so we can reply. To run the website and store enquiries we use a small number of trusted providers - mainly Google (for storing submissions and sending notifications) and our website host. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including the United States. We only share what's needed for them to provide that service.

How we keep it safe

Access to your enquiry details is limited to us. The tools we use are reputable providers with their own security protections. No system is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we don't hold on to it longer than we need it.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You're in control of your information. At any time you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
• Delete your details from our records entirely

Just email us and we'll take care of it, usually within a few days.

Cookies and analytics

This site keeps things simple and doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies to build a profile of you. Any basic data our host collects is used only to keep the site running and secure.
