About these terms
This website is owned and operated by NEXTUP (also trading as NEXTUP Web Design), a sole operator business based in Newcastle, NSW. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, watch the videos and book a call. In return, you agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading
- Try to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Copy, republish or resell our content without permission
Bookings and agreements
Booking a call or sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract between us. Any work we do together, including the Scale System, is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out what's included, the monthly fee and how cancelling works, before anything starts.
Results shown on this site
The campaigns, numbers, reviews and case studies on this site reflect specific businesses, areas and time periods. They aren't a promise of the same outcome for your business. Ad results depend on your trade, your area, your budget, your offer and how quickly enquiries are followed up.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, videos and logos on this site belong to NEXTUP and are protected by copyright. Client logos, photos and websites shown here belong to those businesses and appear with their permission. You can share links to our pages, but please don't reuse our content commercially without asking first.
Links to other sites
This site links to and embeds services we don't control, like Cal.com, Vimeo and YouTube. We aren't responsible for their content or their own privacy practices.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
